NPS Agaraa follows Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the national body of the Government of India in Secondary Education. NPS Agaraa is managed by Smt Gayathri M Krishnappa Educational and Charitable Trust. National Public School, Agaraa is synonymous with academic excellence and the development of personality. The school has responded readily to the standards adopted to facilitate modern and technology based teaching and learning , whilst retaining the culture, tradition and values embedded in the education system.

A civil engineer by profession with a master’s degree from Sheffield Hallam University, U.K., and an educationist for more than a decade now, Mr. Paraamesh Gangadharaiah has been instrumental in setting up various educational streams at the Shanthidhama Educational Institutions, an umbrella institution that educates about 5000 students today.

With this vision in mind, Mr. Paraamesh felt the need to design a campus where children had all the amenities and facilities to learn and grow; as a result of which NPS Agaraa, set amidst verdant greenery on a 15 acre campus, is an independent, co-educational school where the children are provided with advanced educational opportunities in a healthy, well-structured and supportive environment to develop and inculcate confidence, high academic calibre, integrity, social conscience, compassion and courage in each child.
